The room “Anna” is named after Anna Wengren, wife of Olof Wengren who bought Thorskog in 1730 and established an ironworks on the site. Olof also had a manor built where the castle stands today. Anna’s name lives on in this room, as a tribute to her role in Thorskog’s history.
