A fantastic place with nice rooms, nice social areas and a cozy outdoor environment with walking paths. The food is delicious and the breakfast can be enjoyed for a long time. Add to that the friendly staff. Thorskog is a hotel that is easy to recommend.

The food was absolutely fantastic, from breakfast to dinner. very well prepared and well composed. The acoustics in the dining room are difficult so it quickly becomes stuffy. The orangery, on the other hand, is absolutely perfect in every respect. The place is very beautiful, scenic and peaceful.

Visited the castle for afternoon tea, incredibly beautiful surroundings and service in the orangery. The only thing missing was signs at the service so you knew what you were taking, the staff were happy to explain but it took time from their other tasks. Incredibly nice service and good variety.

Nice and luxurious room and bathroom. Fantastically good food! Very nice and professional staff. Very good service. Lovely with the wood-burning bathtub and nicely prepared when we got there. Good and funny presentation by Johan about the history of the castle.
