You are welcome to book a relaxing long weekend with arrival on Friday and departure on Sunday. At the castle, our guests enjoy the feeling of luxury and flair. Enjoy a gastronomic experience for the eyes and palate in a beautiful historical setting!
Bookable spring & autumn
Long weekends are bookable on selected weekends in spring and autumn. During your stay, there is the opportunity for both activity and rest – such as sauna, afternoon tea, wood-fired bath, or walks in our castle park and magical primeval forest.

Friday
From 15.00:XNUMX PM: Check-in. During the afternoon, all the Palace's facilities are at the guests' disposal. Coffee & cake are served in the Palace's salons.
19.00: Welcome drink – You gather for a glass of bubbly and gain insight into Thorskogs Slott's eventful and exciting history.
19.30: Three-course castle supper The evening's three-course menu is served at beautifully decorated tables. Coffee can be enjoyed in the castle's salons.
Later in the evening - perhaps you would like to finish with a nice drink in our brick-clad Thorssal where armchairs, a bar lounge, a pool table and a dart board are at your disposal.
Saturday
08.00:10.00–XNUMX:XNUMX: The castle breakfast buffet is laid out.
Take a refreshing walk or jog in the magical primeval forest. Several marked hiking trails and walking paths are available.
The sauna is heated and ready. If you would like a picnic basket to take out into the woods and fields, we will be happy to arrange this.
In the castle park you can play pitch & putting, boules and croquet during the summer months.
14.00:15.30 PM–XNUMX:XNUMX PM: Afternoon tea – our famous buffet is served in the salons.
Bathing in a wood-fired tub outdoors under the open sky for those who wish (pre-booking for an additional 245 SEK per person).
19.00:XNUMX PM: Palace Dinner – under the glow of crystal chandeliers, the evening's four-course Palace Dinner is served at beautifully decorated tables. Coffee is enjoyed in the Palace's salons.
Sunday
08.00:10.00–XNUMX:XNUMX: The castle breakfast buffet is laid out.
11.00: Farewell for this time – we hope your stay has been memorable.
Other
Picnic: Order your basket when booking or on Friday. Price from 245 SEK per person. We are happy to suggest wonderful hiking trails that take you through magical virgin forest, past waterfalls and ponds. In summer there are swimming opportunities, and in winter the ice invites you to ice skate.
It is also possible to book a bath in our wood-fired tubs, price 245 SEK per person.
There are golf courses and several riding facilities near Thorskog.
