Conferencing at Thorskogs Slott is something out of the ordinary! Give your colleagues something to remember, and create the best conditions for a successful conference in a captivating historical environment that contributes to creativity and big decisions. We have conference solutions for both large and small companies.
We have 5 individually decorated dining rooms and a large breakfast room. More lounges for socializing without crowds. We offer plenty of activities, both indoors and outdoors. Why not use our hiking trails in magical primeval forest with a "walk and talk" program.
And if desired, we also offer digital solutions for those who cannot attend here on site but who will participate in your meetings. Contact us and we will tell you more.
Lobster Conference
Add an extra touch of elegance to your next conference!
"All that glitters is not gold," but you can still say that the lobster is!
Some things in life are rare, and lobster fishing is just one of them.
Every year, it is on the first Monday after September 20th at 7:00 AM that the first lobster boats set off from the dock and put in the first lobster pots of the season. A wonderful and clear sign of summer's departure and autumn's arrival with the clear & fresh air!
And now you have the chance to join in the lobster fishing yourself!
You will gather on the wooden pier at the bus stop on Koön, where you will be met by experienced fishermen. You will then go out to sea on a 2,5 hour excursion where you will learn all about lobster fishing! You will both cast in and pull up pots and on board you will be served a tasty baguette/wrap and coffee.
Once back in port, you will make your way to the castle where you will check into your guest room.
In the afternoon you can, for example, bathe in our wood-fired tubs or warm up in our sauna.
In the evening, a fantastic four-course lobster supper awaits you, which our chef has composed for you.
You then sleep soundly in our beds and wake up to a sumptuous breakfast table set in one of our beautiful dining rooms. Then a day of conferences awaits you in one of our pleasant meeting rooms. When the afternoon comes, we say goodbye and thank you for this time!

Welcome to a beautifully decorated Christmas castle during the period 18/11 – 20/12. Mulled wine, a four-course Christmas-inspired menu, coffee & a sweet table will be served by the stately Christmas tree in the Yellow Salon.
